Kurt Warner is an American former professional football player who is widely acknowledged as the greatest undrafted player in the history of the NFL (National Football League). He had turned out for the St. Louis Rams (1998–2003), the New York Giants (2004), and the Arizona Cardinals (2005–2009) in the league. With the first of those teams, he had won the Super Bowl (NFL‘s annual championship game) for the 1999 season and was also named the Super Bowl ‘MVP’ that year. During his illustrious career, he was named the NFL‘s ‘Most Valuable Player’ twice (1999, 2001), included in the ‘First-team All-Pro’ twice (1999, 2001), and the Pro Bowl (NFL‘s annual ‘All-Star Game’) 4 times (1999, 2000, 2001, 2008). He was the league’s touchdowns leader in 1999 and 2001, the completion percentage leader in 1999, 2000, and 2001, the passer rating leader in 1999 and 2001, and the passing yards leader in 2001. He was named the ‘Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year’ in (2008) and was inducted into the ‘Pro Football Hall of Fame’ in 2017.
