The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers indicate that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will face the difficult loss of a grandchild, but he’ll know it’s going to be 100 times worse for Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).

This was Sally’s first baby, so she put all her hopes and dreams into a future where she raised her.

Although Sally had some trepidation about motherhood, you can bet she would’ve been a good mom.

Adam is already a dad to Connor Newman (Judah Mackey), but this was going to be his first daughter.

It’s clear that Adam loved his little girl without even meeting her, so saying goodbye is going to be tough.

During the week of June 19-23, Y&R spoilers say Victor will get some crushing news.

Adam will offer updates on how he had to pick whether Sally or the baby survived due to the risk for placental abruption.

In the aftermath, Sally will hold Adam at fault for choosing her over their daughter.

Although Sally would’ve preferred to sacrifice her own life, Adam loved Sally too much to let her slip away.

This will be an extremely emotional time for both parents, so Victor might come up with a special gesture to help Sally and Adam on their path to closure.

We know that some Newman family scenes are coming up, so Victor might put together a little memorial for Adam and Sally’s deceased child.

There was some talk about naming the baby Hope after Adam’s mother.

Shortly before her daughter’s death, Sally seemed to commit by calling out to Adam in the June 16 episode and insisting Hope is a beautiful name.

Baby Hope Newman deserves some sort of a sendoff, so maybe she’ll be the reason for the Newman family scenes we mentioned.

Victor will do his best to help Adam cope, so it makes sense that he might arrange a memorial service.

If not, maybe Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) could arrange one instead or work with Victor to put it together.
